I wanted to write this post to hopefully help, you the customer make a decision and hire us. My brother, David and I run a small business. We are on site at every job completed. We take great pride in our reputation and our name. Being a small business,our reputation is our lifeline. It is extremely important to us that our customers feel they have spent their money wisely and fairly. JTS has been a member of both Angie’s List and the BBB. We strongly suggest contacting these companies and research Joseph Tree Service. Angie’s List allows their customers to post as the customers feel is appropriate. My brother and I can do nothing to alter what is posted. These posts are a very honest third party opinion of a business and/ or work completed. I encourage you to read what our customers have written about our business. We are very proud of our “A” rating and what our customers have said!
The BBB is an organization that has been around for a long time. Businesses must be invited to be a business member of their organization. The BBB is a mediator between the customer and the business hired. The purposed of this relationship is to help resolve disputes between customers and businesses. If a disputes arises, the results are posted. Thus a customer can see how many inquires have been made against the business and how many have been resolved to satisfaction. If a business is not upstanding and not resolving issues their membership is revoked from the BBB. This allows the public to feel confident in the businesses that have memberships to the BBB.
