Despite popular believe Dave and Michael do have a life outside of Joseph Tree Service and the fire department and we want to share some of it with you! In March of 2007 we went to Yosemite Valley to try and climb The Nose on El Capitan. We tried the previous August with our great friend Carl Meier. We made it about half way to El Cap tower. We learned alot and were egar to try again.
When we returned it was still winter and cold. The lows were in the 20’s and the highest were perfect in the 50’s. We made it in 4.5 days of climbing. After the first day we returned to the ground to rest and wait out a storm that dropped 2′ of snow on the summits. Other then that storm we had perfect weather.
